Exciting news for postgraduates
We’re delighted to announce today the launch of three innovative masters’ programmes, open for intake from September 2024.
Whether students are passionate about communication for social change, marketing and data analytics, or project management for sustainability, these programmes will provide them with the skills and knowledge to drive positive change in today’s dynamic world.
MA Communication for Social Change – This interdisciplinary MA combines public relations, international relations, and media studies through a blend of theoretical insights and practical applications such as digital media skills, harnessing the power of communication strategies to drive positive societal transformations and advocate for change.
MSc Digital Marketing with Data Analytics – This programme offers a comprehensive blend of marketing and analytical skills, preparing students for the dynamic and evolving field of digital marketing. Students will learn how data can help inform decisions in a digital business environment while being mindful of social responsibility, sustainability and business ethics.
MSc Project Management for Sustainability – A pioneering programme designed for the new era of sustainable development in businesses, charities and NGOs (non-governmental organisations), preparing graduates to lead with a unique blend of environmental awareness and practical management skills. They will also be offered the opportunity to gain an internationally recognised industry qualification, PRINCE2.7® Foundation and PRINCE2.7® Practitioner.
Developed by Dr Sue Pell, Professor of Communications, the MA Communication for Social Change can be completed over 12 or 18 months, full-time or two years, part-time. The MSc Digital Marketing with Data Analytics (developed by Professor Greg Gannon, Head of Department, Richmond Business School) and MSc Project Management for Sustainability, (developed by Dr Jane Norris, Professor of Digital & Design Culture), can be completed full-time in 16/18 months and include a course in Advanced English for Business Studies, with lower entry levels than the majority of our masters’ programmes.
We are taking applications now for any of these new programmes which represent a great opportunity for students to advance their careers and gain a dual UK and US degree.
