About

As well as teaching courses in marketing and strategy at Richmond Business School, Penny is a teaching fellow at Imperial College Business School, where she teaches courses in strategy, business problem solving and leadership.

Penny joined the Richmond Business School following a 25 year international business career in marketing and consultancy. She was a director at PwC Management Consultants in the UK and then in Germany before becoming a partner in a boutique consultancy firm, where she led the organisation and change strategy domain. She has worked with board level executives in multinational organisations around the world, advising on and managing strategic change programmes.

She also has extensive experience in the design and delivery of executive education programmes on strategy, leadership, culture change and strategic change delivery (clients include Vodafone, Santander, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Shell amongst many others).
