About
Dr Yanbin LU is a native Chinese speaker with over twenty years of language teaching experience in universities in China, the USA and the UK. She joined the School of Liberal Arts at Richmond, the American International University in London in August 2019 as an Adjunct Associate Professor.
Prior to joining the Richmond University, Yanbin has taught pre-sessional EAP courses in the University of Bath and the University of Nottingham. Before her relocation to the UK, she had worked at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, USA, where she obtained her PhD in Applied Linguistics and Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, where she obtained her MA.
