“My name is Piola Massarotto and I teach a number of art history courses at Richmond American University London.
I was recently featured in the newsletter of Van Gogh House, London, where I went to research a potential student trip later this year.
Here I am, photographing one of the museum’s artefacts together with Livia Wang, the director of Van Gogh House on my left.
Van Gogh House is fascinating place, it’s a non-profit, contemporary arts organisation based in the South London boarding house where a young Vincent Van Gogh lived from 1873-74. The House hosts a programme of exhibitions, residencies and events that support contemporary artists to make a living in their lifetime.
